Q. How can I order Kanji symbols from Kanji
Gallery?
A. You simply click 'ADD TO CART' button and the follow the instructions
on the pop-up pages.
Q. What will I receive as the product?
A. You will receive JPEG file (1080 x 1080) via email address
that you provide when you order.
Q. When will I receive the JPEG file?
A. Please allow us 24 - 48 hours to process your order.
Q. Your preview images all have the
watermarks. Do I still see them on the JPEG file?
A. No, you don't. The JPEG file you will receive does NOT have the
watermarks.
Q. The meaning is ambiguous - What should I
do?
A. You can confirm with us by sending an email to
